Και τί ρόλο βαράνε οι εκπομπές για τον Νικόλα Άσιμο, την Κατερίνα Γώγου και τον Παύλο Σιδηρόπουλο απόψε στις οθόνες μας;

Τί ρόλο παίζει ο εκθειασμός της αυτοκαταστροφικής αντίδρασης στο σύστημα, κατεστημένο, όπως θες πες το;

Απλό μνημόσυνο; Της “μυτιάς” και της “ντάγκλας” ρε παιδιά; (λόγια του αρρενωπού-λη παρουσιαστή)

Ας ξαναθυμηθούμε λοιπόν την εποχή των αληθινών “ροκ” όντων, της πραγματικής μαγκιάς.

Η μόνη χρησιμότητα ίσως είναι για να επιβεβαιώσουν οι ώριμες (και επαγγελματικά αποκαταστημένες τώρα πια) γενιές την ορθότητα της απόφασης…

Blasphemy

“Gamo thn Panagia sou!”

They may have a purpose. Keeping notes so as not to forget.

They may serve as balancing elements in a painful inner attraction to

hatred, an antibody for the black poisonous fluid that comes from the heart

and needs to be expelled from the organism.

Feeling guilty, after using the blasphemous phrase, overcomes

the black magic, and the person can continue to operate

in a “humanly” way.

- Εδώ. Εσύ;

- Περιμένω να έρθεις.

- ok. Θα γυρίσω αργά το βράδυ.

Απολιθωμένες αναμνήσεις ενός μελλοντικού συμβάντος. Τίποτα δεν γράφτηκε ακόμα. Μυρίζει όμως φτηνό aftershave και παντόφλες να σέρνονται στο μωσαϊκό. Σχεδόν ακούω την τηλεόραση να παραμιλάει για έκτακτα γεγονότα όσο κάποιος ανοίγει το ψυγείο και βγάζει ένα πιάτο χτεσινό φαΐ. Η πορσελάνη στο μάρμαρο του νεροχύτη: τκλακ! Και το ψυγείο κλείνει. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο σφυράει το ατμοσίδερο.

Δεν είναι όμορφα αγάπη μου;

The limits of your character, are bounded only by the limits of your knowledge.

You feel ashamed, when the former fall so low, compared to the latter.

So, why? Why can it sometimes be so difficult to live

the way you think.

I blame YOU, feeding me dictionaries and not a single line of syntax rules.

Ask me something and you’ll see, I have a first class degree in everything but

what makes me tick.

Can find my route in desert, escape from burning towers, device a plan to conquer the world but

not a drop of passion I have for any of this sort.

Holding your breath ’till you suffocate. They say it’s impossible. How can they tell?

All the experimental results come from people who failed. Ask those who succeeded

and then you can name it ‘science’.

So, shall I stop? I know I shouldn’t. But the fading ticking of the inner clock is loosening the grip it has on my wandering existence.

What a miserable fool I am! Over nothing…

Kάθε τόσο, ο απολογισμός των ημερών φέρνει πλεόνασμα αγάπης, συνυπολογίζοντας την οπορτουνιστικής καταγωγής συνήθεια. Δεν είμαι άμοιρος εύθηνης, θέλω να πιστεύω, αλλά δεν τολμώ και να παραδεχτώ ότι το μερίδιο που καρπούμαι είναι παράγωγο τίμιας συναλλαγής. Ίσως… ίσως ούτε καν συνειδητής. Η τελευταία σκέψη, προβοκάτσια στην υπευθυνότητα ενός συνειδητοποιημένου ατόμου, φουρνέλο στις όποιες βάσης μιας ολοκληρωμένης προσωπικότητας, με χαλαρώνει. Ωστόσο, το ίδιο το πλεόνασμα αγάπης δε παύει να με αγχώνει, η αλήθεια είναι αυτή, όπως τον επιχειρηματία η κερδοφορία. Πρέπει να επενδυθεί. Αποταμιευμένο σε φωτογραφίες από μαζικές κινητοποιήσεις, σουβενίρ από διακοπές ή σκέτες αναμνήσεις – τραγουδισμένες με μια κιθάρα γύρω από την πρόχειρη φωτιά στο camping, υπάρχει σχεδόν χωρίς ουσία, εξαιρουμένης της καθημερινής χρηστικής αναγκαιότητας του ρευστού και πλανώμενου στις καρδίες μας συναισθήματος αλληλεγγύης που επιφέρει όπως μικρό επιτόκιο στο κεφάλαιο. Αν δεν γίνει βάση για παραγωγή νέου πλεονάσματος θα απορροφηθεί, αργά ή γρήγορα, από μια αγορά με πληθωριστικές τάσεις στην προσφορά λόγου και σωμάτων.

No one can blame them, they have been through so many,
so little themselves.

Worth trying.

A reason to change your partner seems like just another way to arrange your priorities.
Growing old comes together with the appearance of new, empty, personality-slots.
The slots that needed filling in your teenage hood, while the act itself remains in regular and honest demand, seem to have lost their persuading ability in the partner-decision process by the time you reach your late twenties. The same can appear in a regular basis even until the end of you, especially if you are the Darwinian type of person.

Now, say that your partner is also of the Darwinian type. If by evolving they become capable of filling the newly appeared slots for each era, then you’ve hit the jack pot. And we know what the odds for that are.

In all other cases, including the dreadful evolutionary scenario in which the partner mutated from a happy silly monkey to a sewer resident rat, instead of a happy wise monkey, the new slots scream like hungry babies, they need feeding, they need attention and any parent can explain to you how inevitably this changes priorities.

My question: Can a friend fill these slots? If yes, why not let the old silly monkey fill the slots it has been filling for all this time (having been chosen in the first place means it is doing a pretty good job) and let the friend take care of the new ones? No such friend? Try mingle.

I wonder, whether ‘why bother’ is an option in this case…

They say it can never be mend, once it’s broken, but what I feel for you dies and resurrects every so often, making me resemble a sunflower; Happy to follow the sun all day, sad when the night comes. People say I am moody, for a reason, but to me, it’s only a fault in my storage and replication system. There is a leak, and no proper algorithm to produce happy feelings from diminishing memories of your beautiful face.

Yesterday, once more, you made fun of my bulky and old fashion mobile. Can’t take pictures. Doesn’t even have a colour screen. Can’t record your voice. Plays only silly midi tunes. And it came to me! With a modern one I could have your oh! so common big brown eyes and your oh! so gentle young voice always with me. To replenish my stock of memories with sights and sounds, smiles and laughter, beams of a life-giving sun to make me reach for the sky, even after dark.

And I did.

And I broke it, the moment you started nagging, me lost my temper and your staring menacing eyes as a screen saver hurt me much more than any image of you turning ugly my sick brain could produce.

Should I stop taking the pills dear, as well?
